Jeez, I struggle to pick one. Perhaps I'd be better served to ask myself, which of my photos do I like the most!

This Car Fire shot is one of my favorites. I was using a shortish lens, though I dont remember which one. I had all my protective gear on and it was VERY hot. The fire is a running fuel fire, where a fuel mix is pumped out on a wet surface and then WOOMPH! The exercise is used to simulate a volitile liquids fire fight, say running fuel at a gas/petrol station. I love the colour and the flame detail in this shot. I also love the position that the car is in as it looks like its just about to lift off in the explosion, Hollywood style!

My other favorite photo is this one which was taken at a family gathering. I was intentionally trying out a high key type photo, over exposing the shot by metering the window first. I was really happy with the way this came out.

As mentioned, may be not my best but certainly my personal favorites for 2006.
